The White Wines of the Wagram Region
Grüner Veltliner  (Green Veltliner)     The traditional main white wine from our region: a light and fruity wine with tastes ranging from dry to the more powerful calibres, with an opulent taste of fruit and the locally famous peppery tang.
Roter Veltliner  (Red Veltliner)     Greenish-golden, fruity-aromatic, with a fine spicy scent, moderately dry. A regional specialty!
Frühroter Veltliner (Early Red Veltliner)
Golden-yellow. Strong to mild, with low acidity, herbal. A regional speciality!
Weißburgunder (White Burgundy)     Substantial with a fine, almondy taste. Piquantly tart.
Chardonnay     With an aroma of white bread and dried fruit. A wine rich in extracts, which, with aging,  also has a pleasant dryness.

The Red Wines of the Wagram Region
Zweigelt     Lush, fruity, a distinct bouquet, which becomes more fine and well-rounded with age.
Blauburgunder (Blue Burgundy)     Ruby red, fruity, slightly bitter-almondy reminiscent of  Burgundy, full and velvety.
St. Laurent     String, dark red colour. A bouquet of fresh vistulas, dry,  weathered, rich in extracts.
Cabernet Sauvignon     Pinkish-red to deep-red, with a typical bouquet of blackcurrant berries. High acidity.
