Anton und Elfriede Waldschütz

The vines of Anton and Elfriede Waldschütz flourish in the vineyards along the Danube and the Kamptal valley. This experienced winemaker and his family have operated this vineyard since 1992. The care of every vine, the selection of grapes, the tending of the soil, the integration of useful insects---everything goes towards creating the conditions for this outstanding wine. 
At our Heurigen (wine bar) in Obernholz you can have a good meal with homemade baked goods, as well as sample and purchase our wine. A wine tasting can also be arranged simply by phoning ahead.
We produce a fresh and fruity Grüner Veltliner, a full-bodied Zweigelt, as well as excellent Rieslings and white Burgundys. A mixture of prehistoric rock and loess soil gives our wines their unique character.
